You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password with others.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, lists, comments). By posting content, you grant BlipList a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing on third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use BlipList to spam, scrape data without permission, circumvent security features, or impersonate other users.

5. Store Pricing & Affiliate Disclosure

BlipList aggregates and displays video game pricing, digital storefront listings, and promotional discount data for informational and advisory purposes only. BlipList is not a video game retailer, merchant, or direct seller. All purchases and transactions take place directly on third-party partner storefronts (such as Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, etc.).

Some outbound store links on BlipList are affiliate links. When you click through an outbound store link and make a purchase or claim an offer, BlipList may receive an affiliate commission from the storefront or partner at no extra cost to you.

Prices and availability are captured periodically and may change without notice on the respective merchant platforms. BlipList makes no warranties regarding the real-time accuracy, availability, or pricing of third-party store listings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer

BlipList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
